I lived in two different townhouses (2br and 3br) at Kimberly Club and both places were in excellent condition! Both places were very quiet, neighbors were always kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Kimberly Club. The staff was always polite and helpful. The maintenance employees were always very efficient and stayed on top of everything.
