- Cats/Kittens must be spayed/neutered.
- Maximum number of cats/kittens is two per unit.
- $25.00 monthly rent per cat/kitten.
- $300.00 non-refundable pet fee for cats/kittens.
- $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per kitten.
- Dogs/puppies are allowed.
- Dogs that are not accepted whether full breed or mixed include, but is not limited to: Akita Inu, American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Canary Dog/Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Shar-pei.
- Dogs/puppies must be spayed/neutered, maximum full grown weight is 50 lbs.
- Maximum number of dogs is two per unit with a combined weight of 50 lbs or less.
- $30.00 Monthly Rent per dog/puppy.
- $350.00 non-refundable pet fee for dogs/puppies.
- $150.00 non-refundable puppy fee per puppy.
- Some small caged animals accepted.
- Any caged pet that is larger than 4 inches will have the same fees and deposits as a cat.
- Maximum number of caged animals is two.
- $5.00 Monthly Pet Rent for Small Caged Animal.
- $50.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee for Small Caged Animals.
- $25.00 Monthly Pet Rent for Large Caged Animal.
- $300.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee for Large Caged Animals.
- Exceptions to this policy are documented, approved assistance animals.
